No. Treatment decisions are made by the licensed clinician based on your individual assessment. The evaluation fee covers clinician time and is not a guarantee of prescription or outcome.
Cope Now is a cash-pay service and does not bill insurance. Some patients may choose to submit documentation to their insurer for possible reimbursement. Coverage is not guaranteed and varies by plan.
At this time, the prescribed compounded formulation is dispensed exclusively through Kazmira Pharmacy, a Colorado-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy.
Missed visits may be charged the full visit fee according to Cope Now's cancellation and no-show policy. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
Telehealth visits are currently available to patients physically located in Colorado at the time of their appointment. Expansion into additional states is subject to applicable licensure and regulatory approvals.
Most patients complete eligibility screening and scheduling in a few minutes. Telehealth visits typically last around 10 minutes. If a prescription is issued, pharmacy preparation and shipping generally occurs within approximately 48 hours of pharmacy receipt.
