This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) provides information about how Kazmira LLC, doing business as Cope Now (“Cope Now,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses individually identifiable information (“Personal Information”) about individuals who interact with us through our website, https://copenow.com/, our mobile application, and any other online or offline services we may offer (collectively, the “Services”).

We provide clinical infrastructure and care coordination services connecting patients with licensed, independent healthcare providers. Please note that independent healthcare providers’ separate Notice of Privacy Practices govern any protected health information subject to HIPAA and applicable state health privacy laws.

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of Personal Information in accordance with this Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

Types of Personal Information We Collect

While using our Services, we may collect the following categories of Personal Information from you:

  • Contact and identity information such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Health and clinical information such as medical history, symptoms, medications, and other information relevant to your care.
  • Identity verification documents such as a government-issued ID where required.
  • Payment and billing information collected by our payment processors on our behalf, including credit or debit card details.
  • Characteristics of protected classifications under state or federal law, such as age, gender, and marital status.
  • Commercial information, such as details of transactions you carry out using our Services and of the fulfillment of your orders.

For example, we collect the Personal Information you provide when you register, complete intake forms, request a consultation, or otherwise interact with the Services.   • From Vendors & Third Parties. We also collect Personal Information from our vendors and from third parties who disclose Personal Information to us. For instance, we may receive Personal Information about you from licensed healthcare providers, affiliated professional entities, pharmacies, and laboratory services involved in your care. We may also receive technical and usage information from analytics providers and advertising platforms.
  • Via Cookies & Other Tracking Technologies. We collect Personal Information passively via cookies and other tracking technologies (“Cookies”). This information typically includes your IP address, the identity of your Internet service provider, the name and version of your operating system, the name and version of your browser, the date and time of your visit, your geolocation, and the pages you visit.   • to facilitate your access to licensed, independent healthcare providers and coordinate clinical consultations, Good Faith Examinations, and treatment clearances.
  • to process prescriptions and coordinate medication fulfillment with licensed pharmacies and compounding facilities.
  • to manage your account, verify your identity, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • to communicate with you about your care, account activity, orders, and platform updates.
  • to provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • to improve the Services and platform through internal research, analytics, and product development.
  • to comply with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and professional standards.
  • to provide you with a personalized experience when you use our Services.
  • to improve our marketing and promotional efforts.
  • to invite you to participate in surveys and provide feedback to us (in accordance with any privacy preferences you have expressed to us).
  • to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, security incidents, and unauthorized use of the Services.
  • to pursue or defend legal claims where necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others.
  • for any additional purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection, or with your consent.

How We Protect Your Personal Information

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, security monitoring, and regular risk assessments. No security measure is perfect. We therefore cannot guarantee that your Personal Information will not be disclosed, misused, or lost by accident or by the unauthorized acts of others.   • To Licensed Healthcare Providers and Pharmacies. We share your Personal Information with independent providers and pharmacies involved in your care as necessary to facilitate consultations, issue prescriptions, and fulfill orders.
  • To Third Parties for Marketing Purposes. We disclose Personal Information to third parties, including social media platforms and other advertisers, for marketing purposes. This includes disclosures of Personal Information via Cookies, as explained in more detail above.
  • As Described in a Privacy Notice or With Your Consent. We may disclose Personal Information as described in any privacy notice we provide to you via our Services, or with your consent if we obtain it from you in a particular context.
  • In Aggregate or De-Identified Form. We may aggregate or de-identify any of the categories of Personal Information we collect. When we do so, we take reasonable measures to ensure that the information cannot be associated with a consumer or household, and we maintain and use the information in de-identified and/or aggregated form. We will not attempt to re-identify the information, except that we may attempt to re-identify the information solely for the purpose of determining whether our de-identification processes satisfy applicable legal requirements. After it has been de-identified, the information is no longer Personal Information and is not subject to this Policy. The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our Services may provide links to other websites operated by third parties. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their data practices. Any information you provide to third parties on their websites is covered under their privacy and data collection policies and is not covered by this Policy. We urge you to review the privacy policy posted on any website you visit before using the website or providing any Personal Information.

Your Choices

Opt-Out of Marketing and SMS Marketing

To opt out of marketing emails, click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email. To opt out of SMS marketing, reply STOP. Opting out of marketing does not affect service-related or transactional communications.

If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS communications, you consent to receive recurring marketing and service-related text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of using the Services.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Manage Cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain Cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.

Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to browser-level "Do Not Track" signals because there is no consistent industry standard for how such signals should be interpreted.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a prominent notice on the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
