No. Treatment decisions are made by the licensed clinician based on your individual assessment. The evaluation fee covers clinician time and is not a guarantee of a prescription or outcome.
Cope Now is a cash‑pay service and does not bill insurance. Some patients may submit documentation to their insurer for possible reimbursement, but coverage is not guaranteed and varies by plan.
At this time, the prescribed compounded formulation is dispensed exclusively through Kazmira Pharmacy, a Colorado‑licensed 503A compounding pharmacy.
Missed visits may be charged the full visit fee per Cope Now’s cancellation and no‑show policy. To reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Most patients complete eligibility and scheduling in a few minutes. Visits typically last around 10 minutes. If prescribed, pharmacy preparation and shipping generally occurs within about 48 hours of pharmacy receipt.
Telehealth visits are currently available to patients physically located in CO, UT, FL, WY, SD & AZ at the time of their appointment. Expansion into additional states is subject to applicable licensure and regulatory approvals.
